Beach Bench with Life Ring Porcelain Limoges Box

A seat bench paired with a life saver ring brings the boardwalk and the lifeguard stand to mind in this beach scene. It is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box figurine made in Limoges, France, sized for a shelf and full of seaside spirit.

On Duty at the Shore

The life ring is the classic symbol of beach safety, hanging by the water wherever swimmers gather. Set beside a bench, it suggests a quiet moment between rescues, with the waves rolling in nearby. The scene feels like a summer afternoon at the shore.

Salt Air Shelves

Display it in a beach house, on a shelf of seashells or in a sunroom decorated in coastal blues. It makes a fitting present for a lifeguard, a competitive swimmer, a sailor or a boat owner, and a souvenir style keepsake after a family week at the beach. Retired lifeguards often enjoy a nod to their summers on the stand.
