Spotted Dalmatian Porcelain Limoges Box

Black spots scattered across a bright white coat make the Dalmatian one of the easiest breeds to spot across a room. This figurine box captures that famous pattern in hand-painted porcelain, made in Limoges, France.

Spots Before Your Eyes

No two Dalmatians share the same spots, and the same goes for these boxes. Each one is painted by hand, so the placement of the markings and the expression of the face differ a little from piece to piece. That individuality is part of the appeal for anyone who has owned the breed.

Firehouse to Front Room

Long before they starred in films, Dalmatians ran beside horse-drawn fire engines and guarded the stables. That history makes this piece a fine thank-you for a firefighter, a retirement nod for a fire chief, or a fun addition to a fire station office.
